Nichola Mundy - Director and Speech Pathologist
Nichola has over 12 years of experience in the field of paediatric speech pathology, having worked across government and private sectors; in education settings, homes, and in clinic; both in Australia and London. Nichola loves working with families of all diversities, abilities and backgrounds, and finds joy in connecting with children to support them to find their voices. Nichola is trained in Gestalt Language Processing (GLP), and openly embraces neuro-affirming and evidence-based practice.
Nichola's experience over the years has lead her into a number of leadership and training roles, which have developed further her drive to support and teach other like-minded professionals to grow their leadership skills, embrace vulnerability, and find courage and bravery in their own roles. Nichola has a passion for teaching and loves delivering professional workshops to staff of all types and levels.
Nichola cheerfully describes herself as "peer-reviewed neurodivergent" and is part of the queer community. She has a love for all things reading and books, spending time with her family and friends, and relaxing at home.
